By uploading logos, designs, or other intellectual property to our platform, you warrant that you have the legal right to use and reproduce such materials. Dimensional Marketing retains the right to refuse any artwork that violates copyright laws or our content guidelines. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use the submitted artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

3. Proofing and Production

We take pride in our attention to detail. Before manufacturing begins, we may provide digital proofs for your approval. Once a proof is approved, the order enters production. Any changes requested after proof approval may incur additional costs or delays.

4. Pricing and Payment

All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Due to the custom nature of promotional products, payment terms will be outlined in your specific invoice. For large-scale global fulfillment or web store setups, deposits or setup fees may be required.

5. Shipping and Fulfillment

We coordinate complex logistics, including drop-shipping to remote employees. While we guarantee that your products will leave our facilities (or our supplier partners' facilities) on schedule, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by third-party freight carriers, customs, or unforeseen global logistical disruptions.

6. Returns and Defective Goods

Because our merchandise is custom-branded, we do not accept returns on non-defective items. If you receive defective merchandise or an order that was produced incorrectly due to our error, please contact us within 14 days of receipt so we can make it right.
